Android Devices Insufficient Storage Available Fix

Have you ever tried to download a file or receive it from a friend, or even try to snap a picture only to see an annoying message saying your device’s storage is low? Its even more annoying when you actually have space on your memory card nut keep getting this insufficient storage message.

Well, the message is not entirely wrong. Such messages are generated when your phone’s physical storage is full. Some applications are stored on the phone’s physical storage and sometimes are a partial cause to this problem. Here is some quick ways to fix this issue: 

1. Clean up your phone’s physical memory. This can be done by simply removing unused and unwanted applications that are in the phone memory. You can also go to Settings>>Apps>>Select an App and clear it’s cache. You can choose to clear it’s data if it is really large(100MB and above).

NOTE: This process will reset the particular App to a fresh state, as if you just downloaded it and want to use it for the first time. 

2. The second and easy method is to simply move moveable applications to your SD card. To do this, go to your phone settings, locate Apps, select each App to see if it is moveable or not. If it is, move it to SD card. Also, change your default Camera storage option from Phone Memory to SD card.
