ReplyHello Kristin, your blog is very nice and has an original feel. Blogging from the heart I'll say, which is cool and your background is lovely.
ReplyPlease do give attention to the following:
1. Your blog name and description is partially visible. You can either change the color used to write it: go to your dashboard>template>click customize>click advanced>click blog title/blog description to change its look. OR You can use another background. go to your dashboard>template>click customize>click advanced>background
2. Add more widgets. You may add the contact form, google badge or other nice widgets.
3. Link your facebook fanpage or twitter fan page if you have any to your blog to boost your audience.
4. Broken links. Should you want visitors to click on a link, make it clickable. Like the post about Mali attack has a link that cant be clicked.
Start with these. Feel free to ask for further help.
Please how do I go about carrying out the changes you listed on item 2,3 and 4...pls
Reply*Gadget rather than Widget. You can either add it at the right side bar or left.
ReplyTo add, go to Layout. You would see a layout of your blog. Click Add a gadget on either the ride side bar or left. A LIST of different gadgets will load. Click the blue+ button on any of the gadgets you want to apply. Modify it to your taste and save. Also save the layout arrangement at the top right of the layout screen after adding any new gadget.

ReplyTo make your links clickable: when composing your write up, look at the blogger tool bars above. You would notice the word "Link". Simply click on it. Copy the website address that you want people to click and just paste it on the second empty box that appears after you click the link option. Use the first box to write the title of the link.
