Ben Murray-Bruce says he founded his Multi billion naira company with N20k his father borrowed him

Senator Ben Murray-Bruce revealed on twitter that his father borrowed him N20,000 in 1980 to start his business, Silverbird Group. Silverbird celebrates it's 35th anniversary this year.


Senator Bruce went on to say that his story is clear proof that a person does not need to steal to make it in Nigeria. His comment met mixed reactions as people replied in disbelief and doubt. He responded by asking that anyone with evidence that he stole to build his organization come out with proof.
