 Bukola Saraki’s Application dismissed by High court...


A Federal High Court in Lagos state , Nigeria has dismissed an application by Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, seeking to stop his trial in Abuja.
Justice Ibrahim Buba held that the court lacks jurisdiction to hear the application.
